Shipping Methods and Policy
Shipping options are plentiful, inexpensive and even free by contacting us at 800-366-6235 with your UPS or FedEx account number to ship your order on. Would you like to see what the shipping charge is before you purchase? Simply add all items to your cart, then click on “Go To Payments”, then under the” NEW CUSTOMERS & GUESTS” heading click “Continue”, and simply enter your billing and shipping address. There is no need to enter any payment information. Simply click on “Continue To Confirm Order” to view the shipping options and charges. Mirrors over 26" diameter may incurr additional freight charges. We will contact youy before shipping your order to inform you of any additional charges or you may contact use directly before placing your order. Most orders ship in 2-7 business days. Please contact us directly for lead times on a particular item. If we are unable to ship your order within 7 business days, we will inform you by phone or email.

Please note that most items cannot be shipped out the same day and require time to fabricate. Please contact us directly (800-366-7235) if you would like to check on available ship times as they many differ depending upon several factors. EVEN WHEN EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICE IS SELECTED MOST ORDERS CANNOT NOT SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY. We make every effort to accommodate expedited shipping requests. Please note that any guarantees regarding shipping service is the sole responsibility of the carrier (UPS or FedEx). We reserve the right to mark or not to mark shipments direct signature required. Please ensure that you provide us a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package, as the signature requirement may not be waived. We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by FEDEX or UPS drivers. We ship within the USA, to USA provinces and to US Government Installations. In many situations, shipments to APO, AFO, DPO and other US Government entities will require coordination with the MirrorPros customer service team to ensure the shipment details and shipping rates are correct. MirrorPros will ship via FEDEX/UPS, depending on the type, size, qty, and destination of the mirror order. Unless otherwise ordered, our mirror ship via FEDEX or UPS ground standards. For extremely large mirrors or a large number of mirrors, we must ship them via TRUCK. If you are ordering a large number of mirrors or a 48''or above mirror, the shipping calculator on MirrorPros.com may not reflect an accurrate dollar amount; please call us at 800-366-7235 if you are ordering a 48'' sized mirror or if you are ordering a large number of mirrors.
We are not responsible for any physical damage caused by the shipper. In the event a product arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, please notify us as soon as possible and for assistance in resolving the matter.
