Damaged Products

Upon receipt of the mirror shipment, inspect the mirror to ensure it has not been damaged by the carrier.  If you find the product to be damaged, please call us immediately at 800-366-7235. If you call after hours, please leave your billing name, invoice number, email and or contact number and we will return your call the next business day.

 

Returns Policy

MirrorPros offers a 30-day money back return on all non-special orders.  The refund will be the original purchase price less the original shipping cost to the buyer and any restocking fee. No returns are accepted without first obtaining a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  The RMA number will be give to you by the MirrorPros’ customer service department which you may obtain by calling 800-366-7235 or sending an email to info@mirrorpros.com.  Original and Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the buyer.   

Upon receipt of the mirror, provided the product is returned in a resalable state, a refund will be issued less a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping amount charged to the buyer.   Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include a copy of the original invoice with the shipment.

After 30-days, MirrorPros will not accept mirror returns nor offer a RMA number.  Special orders are orders noted as special orders, any discounted orders, large quantity orders, special pricing, or any orders where pricing and shipping fall outside the published rates as shown on the MirrorPros.com website.

All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error.

The following terms must be met by you.

  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.
  • Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
